Order Times
We will attempt to release your order within 24 hours of receipt when items are in stock and within 7 working days when not available. Any delays to your order will be notified to you by email as long as a valid email address has been supplied.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum order requirements.
Please note payments to the online shop will be shown on your bank/credit card statement as Winstone Limited.
If you place your order by 1:30pm we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same working day. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays and is also dependent on stock availability. We will not be able to accept liability for late delivery of goods as this is beyond our control. There will be no postage refunds on any deliveries. Our standard postal delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class. For urgent orders a Parcel Force / DHL delivery service is available upon request. For urgent orders call us on 03302 230882 during shop opening hours. This applies to UK mainland orders only for International or EU orders please contact on the number above.
Please ensure that when placing orders the address for delivery is either the same as the billing address or provide a further delivery address.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland / Isle of Man & Channel Islands only: Royal Mail 2nd class postage free of charge.
For International & E.U. delivery please follow through to the final delivery address details and the relevant charge per order will be displayed, for further details please contact us on the numbers noted above.
No extra postage will be charged for any items that need to be exchanged. An additional postal charge will be made for any further items added to the order.
Order Returns & Exchanges
We will exchange or refund your order if returned to us within 14 days from date of dispatch. This is subject to the products being in an unused condition and complete with original package and labelling. Any manufacturing faults will be replaced or repaired after inspection by the manufacturer.
All Tights, Makeup, Masks, DVD's, Books, Videos and CD's will not be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returned orders must be sent postage paid with recorded post as we can not be held liable for any lost items. Please include your dispatch invoice as well as clear instructions on the reason for return so your query can be dealt with speedily.
Garment Quality
All manufacturers washing or cleaning instructions must be followed. All items may fade with repeated washing and we recommend that printed items are washed by hand.
Out of Stock Items
We will endeavour to dispatch your order in its entirety as soon as it has been placed. However there will be occasions when the items are temporarily out of stock and therefore we reserve the right to dispatch part orders if appropriate, to replace items with an alternative product or to cancel the order.
For orders that are for a specific purpose such as a Show, Christmas or Birthday present, then please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please state in your order instructions any such requirements.
All our prices are quoted inclusive of V.A.T where appropriate. Certain Children's items do not attract V.A.T. In the event of a price change from our suppliers we may need to adjust prices accordingly.
Discount Vouchers
Discount Vouchers will be issued to the value of the money received. They will be issued in Pounds Sterling only (£), for other currencies please contact the Dance Today staff. They may be redeemed for a period of 12 months from the date of issue against any product listed on the Dance Today website by inserting the code supplied at the checkout. If the full value has not been redeemed then a Credit Note will be issued for the balance to the customer using the voucher. The Voucher has no cash value and can only be redeemed using the discount code printed on the voucher at the Website checkout.
